Service purpose

OffboardProof provides technical checks and evidence reports intended to assist administrators with Microsoft 365 offboarding reviews. It does not provide legal, employment, compliance, or cybersecurity certification.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for deciding which actions are appropriate, preserving required data, verifying results, maintaining administrator access, and complying with applicable laws and internal policies.

Authorization

Customers must have authority to connect each Microsoft tenant and process the account information submitted to the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Plan limits, trial terms, refund rules, taxes, and cancellation timing must match the final Stripe configuration and published pricing.

Availability and liability

Add service-level commitments, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and governing law with qualified legal counsel before public release.
