OffboardProof processes administrator identity information, Microsoft tenant identifiers, selected former-employee account data, audit findings, subscription metadata, and technical logs to provide the service.

Microsoft 365 data

The service requests Microsoft Graph read permissions for audit previews and narrowly scoped write permissions for administrator-approved offboarding actions. Evidence and action results are stored as timestamped snapshots. OffboardProof does not delete employee user objects or group objects.

Billing

Stripe processes payment-card information. OffboardProof stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers but does not store complete payment-card numbers.

AWS hosting

Application data is stored and processed in Amazon Web Services using encrypted managed services, access controls, and operational logging configured by the service operator.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the customer plan and contractual requirements. Customers should be provided a supported process for data export and deletion before public launch.
